Through this joint venture Dockendale and Green Marine bring together their unique and technical expertise and specifically highly sought after methanol marine experience to assist shipowners in accelerating the transition to a methanol powered maritime future. Under the terms of the agreement, a new company, Dockendale Green Marine Ship Management is being established, headquartered strategically in Dubai. In addition, key leadership appointments have been made and include CEO Vikrant Gusain, COO Morten Jacobsen, CTO Fredrik Stubner, and CFO Michael Herb.
